Staff Needed For My Website
New Website Staff Offer!
Hello my name is Lance and I'm hiring staff for my unfinished website. Heres the plan:
I am hiring graphic designers (10) and writers (5)
You will become a part of pixel.net staff
My website is not completly finished so its not published yet.
I will give you assignments to do things
Once the site is up you will have your own staff area
Writers will be able to write tutorials and updates etc. (And the forum)
Designers will design templates and logo templates to sell on the website (you will get 60% of your sales) You will also be able to edit the sites forum.
Writers can only write photoshop and illustrator tutorials.
Designers can not add flash to the website without my permission
The website is about Pixel art mainly so it would be best if you knew what that was but you don't have too.
I will also hire a few moderators just for the forum
Writers get paid a certain amount of money per month. (it depends on how much the website makes and how many tutorials you write. If you got a tutorial from another site then that only counts as half a tutorial.)
If you are a writer don't expect to make large amounts of money
Designers its a possibility.
Please Tell me anything I left out.
Oh yea the site won't be selling layouts and writing tutorials until later on. If youre a writer all your doing here is emailing me saying you want to apply then I'll reply saying my answer if my answer yes I'll notify you when I get the website up. Maybe be a week.
Designers can start at anytime they just won't see there work on my webpage until its published. Although i can send screen shots.
