proffessional/advanced tutorial sites?

are there any really proffessional or advanced tutorials out there i visit sites and all i get are the same things... scan lines, flames text, ice text and so on. I am planning on re-designing my site with a more pofessional look can anyone reccomend any professional sites maybe with some advanced tutorials for effects, templates, layouts, implementing flash effects, CHOPPING TUTORIAL, proffessional text n logos, and so on...

www.Shiver7.com has a few more advanced ones that mainly just explain things. Lighting etc. Its up to you to use your mind and use the explanation to create something.

If you are re-designing your site you shouldnt use tutorials. They take away the creativity.

Absolutely correct Time Bomb, stay away from the tutorials if you making a new design, If you use tutorials then the design wont be so personally... if you see what I mean

Thats why you have to learn to take tutorials and use them in your own way. Recreating something is a good way to learn but its not really something you can call your own.

remember one thing forcer.. using just tutorials on making a site is no fun.. you really should use ur own imagination.. and the techniques of some of those tutorials.. webdiod has some pretty cool tuts for 3ds...
