Sales Rep's needed

I need about 2-4 sales reps. If you don't know what a sale rep is it's a sales person who will help sell some of my hsoting packages. What you must know:

- Cpanel
- Some knowlege of webhosting.
- Have GOOD Customer support or communication skills

So after you bring in customers what do you get? I think 10% of the profit is fair. If you bing in cleints who pay yearly you get 30%. For montly you get 10% as stated and you are paid Either every month or get free hsoting for x amount of cleints or get paid in full for 1 year only.

Would you like a paid salary isntead? If so you would need to bring in a couple customers a month.

I might be able to find you some people, what kind of salary are they looking at?
