1.Make New Image Any Size
2.Go To Layers>New>New Layer From Background
3.Name The Layer Anything U Want
4.Use Text Effects To Make Backgrounds!
Very Simple To Do But It Can Make Some Sweet Backgrounds!

I'm not sure what the point of this is. Essentially this is a tutorial how to make a new layer, because "Use Text Effects To Make Backgrounds" is very general. Perhaps you could elaborate?

i think what he means is to use gradients, layer styles, etc, after creating the layer, and also playing with blending modes, so that each background comes out cool! I especially like difference mode.
