i dont know if this has been said but theres thousands of posts and i havent got all the time to read it but http://elixant.com i cant say the things because they a;lways change them but its a really good deal with mySQL,php auto installers and all the lot it uses Cpanel aswell i thin its version 7 its quite popular and its partners with sphosting and its free you can pay for upgrades though theres an ad-based package which is double ammount of the ad-free plan and this is one webhost you cant cheat with the accounts on they find your Ip and stuff
