Slicing a photoshop layout

Hi everyone,

I'm designing a web page and I've created a layout in ps7. My question concerns transforming this layout in html code. Are there any good sites that explain how to do this or can you guys help me out?

I know you can slice the image up in image ready and I have IR, but I'm not sure how to do it.

Any response or help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
