2 Layouts.

I am in need of 2 layouts. this will be for an upcoming Anime site. Here is more information:

I like how the sites of inspiration did it but be creative!!! I need a GOOD banner, link bar below it. I need a left side nav, I need a good size of content space., and on the right side i need spots for Affiliates and text. I also need room for a banner placement in the banners or above the content area. whichver looks good. I also need it at the bottom too (468 x 60)

More Info: I need 2 layouts, I need one light layout and 1 dark laoyut, both with 2 different colors (1 light 1 dark) and a darker header. Also a GOOD header.

ALL I NEED IS THE PSD No coding!

Yes graphics included, try and keep the header graphics to anything ANIME! and 1024x768, and mostly follow the guidlines and i prefer, grey and blue.

No, I do not do re-sellers yet. This is for many reasons. When I get a second server, then I will provide Re-sellers.
