silhouettes tut's

wonder if you could help me to find a silhouette tutorial on the web. So i can create these sort of pic with ease.

If you dont know what im on about, i want to create these but not as a font as a picture.

I think Solow had a good tutorial on this, but i'm not sure what the url is.... Search the forum for it or pm him and i'm sure he will help you out.

Yes i made a slightly diffrent topic on this. i asked how to take a regular picture and then make it black so it comes out to be a silhouette. solow gave a great tutorial on how to achieve this.

You know i've managed to go through my experience in photoshop without using the quick mask but like 3 or 4 times. I can honestly say I might want to learn how to use it...
