Whd:end Of Life

Those of you who are wondering towards a post I made in here previously, it's rather simple.

For one, this not a WHT type site, and this area is not used as it should be or as it was. It is pointless to keep it here, and it will be undergoing shifting all current threads into a new forum category after I talk with Dave a little more about spring cleaning up the forums.

WHD will no longer exist, not sure on the date, but it's not far off. This area is a pathetic excuse for help, and the people who ask for it are either completely naive and ridiculous in the first place, or the people who help like to do discreet backdoor advertising, which really makes me ticked.

Therefore, I've come to the conclusion, and Briony/DarthPingu knows my feelings towards it, that this area is useless to continue. No current threads will be lost, and you all will be informed a few days in advance of where the new section will be, but this commmunity needs a serious clean up with how the forums are, because a lot of them are useless or just completely idiotic like this one.

Those of you who object, sorry, but if you want to advertise here, contact the TutorialForums Admins and ask for advertising rates, it's rather cheap, and the max which is still cheap is syndicated on here, AbsoluteCross.com and Spoono.com

So those of you who object, I sympathize, but I do not care. Feel free to post comments/cases, but I highly doubt any of them are going to influence me otherwise from recommending and asking Dave to remove this area and merge it into the unknown thread. I will be going through myself and putting a lot in the Trash Pile beforehand.

Its been said many times in WHd: "Those who rely on forums for there main source of clients wont last out".

But i have seen a change in WHd in just 2 weeks (while i was on holiday but has been doing it for a while) it seems that every one (well not every one but you know what i mean) seems to be finding places to blatantly advertise there hosting company this is bad for every host who visits these forums to help people because like what?s happened it turns out to be a "What?s the point in having it, we are advertising you and get nothing in return". Common people at least for the last couple of days/weeks that WHd is here try not to advertise and be helpful!

Lets hope that the helpful topics stay around for others to view and all the crap, spam and advertising is removed, i know i have advertised more than once but that was in the early days of DHRX web services.

Thanks for all your help Locke (as well as some others here) with topics like VPS/VDS, Resellers and payment processors I don?t think our future plans would be as big as they are now and we would not even be considering becoming a company limited by guarantee at this time.

Do you need to be a prick? I have been here for awhile and most of my posts are not here. Most my posts are in contsts, Programming. This is also a place to get new clients, most customers here are good clients unlike going to WHT (most of them suck) and well Don't close it just becaseu you are mad. If you get annoyed of it clean it out and set new rules. It's not that hard, it may take 20 min of your life!?!? OMg a whole 20 min???
think about it. It's not taht hard to clean out.
