need a reliable host

Hey, i need a place that will host my .com website and have these specs:

200mb space (approx)
NO ADS
an email address (not too important)
must be online at all times
have good service

im not the payer, im the site maker but they are paying for domain and anywhere from $5-$15 ish a month is good. lets see wat you got
