icehost.com was down when I checked it out and less than 1.5 dollars a month doesn't leave room for profit which means the chance of good uptime and good tech support are slim. You get what you pay for, so if you don't mind problems and just want to pay 18 a year...

yea, you can count that there will only be one man running the show since you can't really pay staff with those prices.

I just visited again and the site was up this time... I submitted a blank form to "order" and it accepted it. I'm assuming ur cc info is saved in his email or on a sql or text database since there was no verification/validation done. I personally wouldn't trust that type of transaction.

Sounds like a good deal, however icehost.com doesn't looks very trust worthy... no offense to any staff or owner of this company, I just think that you can't make any profit on the price they got...

wonder if anyone has a real feedback about them.

its not hard to find cheaper hosting. if u look hard neough, u should be able to find something offering 1gb storage, at least 15gb band. and all the basics for 10-12$/mon. cant think of any off the top of my head, but 3gb of bandwidth isnt much for 8$/mon.
