hey guys, im jus wondering if ne1 knows whats up with eukhost.com cos i purchased the bronze package with them and a domain name (which successfully registered on the 4th of August). I was told that i'd get a notification of my account details within 24 hours but upto now there's nothing in my inbox

the online support's also offline all of a sudden as soon as i buy a package. cud sum1 tell me if i've jus been ripped off for nothing? i was recommended this host by sum1 on this site saying that their own site is also hosted by eukhost.com

sum1 please help cos its my first time i've purchased a webhosting package n im really crappin myself at the mo :confused:

@Shahrukhk_19: support seems to be online now? maybe there are certain times support operates (i think they are a UK company so expect UK working hours).

yeah i thought that aswell. i've tried at loads of various times during the day but no luck. i've sent a message now to them anyway at the link that stewis posted up (thanks alot! )

Im with them.. They are fairly good... I always get contacted as soon as support comes back online if i need help.

guys i'm really worried about whats going on with me. it's been 11 days now and still nothing from them. they have taken my money and they have registered the domain name for me (www.jk-fusion.com) but they haven't sent me any account details.

for the first time today i saw that the live support was online and i tried it. it was like i was talking to myself... literally. i couldn't see any other user in there but myself. and now if you go onto their site even that's gone. there's no link to it. i contacted them 5 times upto now and i've not had a reply either time. if someone over here can try helping me out i'd really appreciate it. i jus dunno what to do anymore n i'm giving up on most things in life as it is.. i might aswell give this up too seeing as things aren't going my way for anything.. :confused:

you should get hosting from stewis. I am very happy with mine I have from him.
