selling your layouts

hi, first thing, this is my first time posting in these boards, and im sure you guys can help me out with some stuff. first off, i am starting a business to make layouts and websites to sell to people... How much money do nice artsy html websits go for, and flash. it would be great if you could give me info on what you know, very much appreciated. bye for now:)

but i wish u best of luck, selling templates is very competitve now, and starting your own biz just to do it is pretty hard. u might b better off selling your work to a more well established site

i know, i was thinking that, is there any sites that pay big bucks for nice layouts

alot of them allow you to sign up as a "designer"submit your templates, sell them at a cost of your choice and they just keep a percentage of the amount.

Google is your friend, especially for things like this

keep this in mind. itz really competitive out there now w/ selling sites + templates and all. a good place to start if you are a beginner at designing is on some irc network like irc.gamesnet.net they have lotsa clans there that need sites for medium prices but wut they expect for in a site is just about wut a beginner provides. good luck sir! hope u make lotsa money and become a millionaire... :P

what do u consider big bucks? most one page psd or html documents are selling for less then $40, templates w/ flash headers get a lil more... fully coded php templates will fetch 80 and up
