I like it other than the top banner. It just doesn't fit- it's square, and it's left aligned. It wouldn't look like part of the layout if it didn't match the colors. First of all, I suggest you round out the top corners so it matches the other graphics. Then I guess it would look better centered over the table so it falls directly above the Content box.

Like I said, though- I do like the layout. The colors are nice, and the teal is eye-catching against the black.
