Hmm... DTD Problems.
When I add a doctype to my html it ****s it up, big-time. Here's the one I used:
<!DOCTYPE html
PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
That's correct right? When I use it it really pooches my CSS. Take a look.

After: http://www.creativefx.net/basic3.html
Any ideas?

Probably won't make a difference, but try making it all one line. That URL seems to be broken, too...
*** EDIT ***
Nevermind - Works now. You still need to define your charset and XML Namespace, too... Might make a difference hopefully.

Ok.. I found the actual one:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
It still causes the same problem. Anything else?
EDIT: Wanna tell me how to do that, fred? Might be quicker on AIM. My screen name is dmurray2k3
