No, I wouldn't. Any host that offers unlimited bandwidth is probably fraudulent or not very professional, and if you're going so low as to offer 2GB of space for 5 dollars, you won't last long anyways. You also don't seem to have a control panel, and why would I want phpBB preinstalled? I would want to opt to install it with CPanel, providing you offered it.
