Design for hosting

I am willing to do a design for ur website, make graphics and other multimedia aspects for seom hosting... this is what i require

50+ disk space
1000+ mg bandwidth (negotiable)
PHP
FTP
1 MySQL database
no ads...

tools of my trade include...

Photoshop 7
Dreamweaver MX
Basic Flash and just a little on 3ds max (nothing spectacular on 3dsmax)
PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript.

Can provide highly graphical, professional looking,custom webpages and logos.
