Cell Image Swap

I have a basic navbar on my site in a seperate table. What I want to do is do a rollover on each navbar item that switches an image in another cell, on another table :confused:. Like, display a description in a box under the header. I'm looking to do this in Java, unless I have no other choice. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advanced.

I know how to do this, but could we see the code you're working with? It would make it a lot easier to explain how it's done.

Well, unfortunately my host is down, but I have the code(even tho all the images are linked off my hd Tongue). The first code in bold is my target cell for the image to swap, and the second is the navbar table.
