Since you cant import the gun into canada. You can only buy them here at like double the price.. 40$ US for a silencer and here its 200$ forget it.
One guy in my CS clan said his friend bet him to shoot him in the back full auto with no shirt on. He ripped his friends back up, it was all bleeding aparently.
10 feet away + 400fps = ouch
O ya slac, you can get upgrades for them to full metal, they cost alot but are worth it aparently ;O
the bb's are 6mm plastic spheres, not lead pellets
Airsoft guns resemble real guns, and PB does not unless you wanna pay like 1000$ for a PBG looking like an M4
spunds like you got some pretty smart clanmates.

i kind of do airsoft, my friend's dad buys him a whole bunch of airsoft guns, the smoothest one he has in an MP-5. airsoft really dont hurt that much unless you get shot where there isnt much muscle (like your forearm or shin)

my best friends, little brother's friend (follow that) shot himself in the eye with one of those. my friends brother and him were shooting the gun around the neighborhood then the kid shot it at a brick wall and BAM came back and hit him in the eye. ::shakes head:: some peoples kids.
I don't think i'd play airsoft, but paintball can be fun if you know someone that lives in the woods. I'm thinking of buying a pellet gun (pistol), for protection and target shooting. anyone got one?

well i mentioned i have one. two actually : one magnum M101 russian made. works on coČ cartridges. about 400feet a second.
my carbine makes the gun look like a toy. it fires .22 calibre pellets. i used to fire my gun at cans, and bottles, once a mouse lol, but the bullet went trough the wooden wall, flew trough my summerhouse and got back out trough the window. heavy stuff i"ll tell you.

Thats just the wall fighting back. I mean if you got things kicked at you and shot at you, you'd probably decide to fight back one day aswell lol.

I used to play airsoft with my friends- I had a uhc m9 and a M16-A2 spinger. It was fun- the cool thing about airsoft is that the guns are pretty realistic so you can customize them. My M16 has a bipod and double mag on it (not that much customization actually, I've seen some ridiculous ones though).
This summer I just got my paintball marker however (Tippmann 98 Custom) and have fallen in love with paintball. It really is a blast to play, although it sometimes feels like more work to play than airsoft. With airsoft you can throw on goggles and go at it, with paintball you have to get your mask, CO2, any additional clothing, etc etc etc. It's quite "roxor" though.

Went paintballin today. myself and two friends - we were the only ones there. Played some free for all, great fun. Id rather get into airsoft though. Are there place dedicated to playing airsoft, like a paintball place, but airsoft place. Or do you just play in the woods?
