is this legal?

I've had someone contact me about have a website designed for them. They will be selling products that people take to help pass drug tests. Is this legal to sell a product like this? I don't know the exact names of the producs.

sounds alot like those police scanners... which are legal to sell but not to actually have... im sure ur in no danger at all designing hte site

Yeah your in no danger of making the site. But managing / updating it on a regular basis. Then that could cause problems. But just designing it will be ok.

You can purchase that type of stuff legally at health food stores, so I don't see why it would be a problem.

But you may want to include a disclaimer, you never know what the laws are in other places.

I tried looking it up, but didn't come across anything saying if it's legal or not. However, I did come across a LOT of sites selling detox products. So I'm guessing they are legal, if so many sites are selling them.

Also they can be used legally... since various medications can give a positive on a drug test, so someone may want to cleanse their system of a legal medication before a drug test.

lol ok thanks guys, im not too worried about it..

shouldnt be a big deal, i mean drinking those health shakes can throw off your drug test to your advantage
