DIRECTPIXEL Launched Well, it's been down for quite a while. I don't know if anybody in this community has heard of it though. I don't like how it shows how much has loaded though, a % would be nice as well...you can't tell with that bar... The little flowery bridge thing looks kind of out of place though The portfolio splash header thing looks little boring also...just a gradient? Overall nice site, just needs a few more things ___________________

heh, no gradients were used in the making of the site. All the pictures are photos. No blue clouds and no ladies looking at holographic projections of the logo through cool sunglasses here. ___________________

I agree 100% -- the bridge is totally out of place Not much content at all -- but rollovers are good I do not like the way you have the images portfolio organized with the long banner cuts of the master pic. I think a better Not a bad start, but it needs tweeking July 25th, 2003 04:27 PM Actually, depending on what exactly the "feel" of your designs is, the bridge could be correct. The bridge gives a peaceful, calm feeling... if that's the effect you're going for. The "What we do" page has an island at dusk-- kind of giving the same feeling. Overall, great design. This is an excellent site. I think the yellow glow thing looks fine. It doesn't look like a gradient to me. Great flash, too. Loads pretty quick where I am. I hope to do some flash like that one day! Awesome job! |
