Well, I wouldn't buy from you purely from your design. I know thats wrong and one shouldn't judge hosting plans on the design of the site but hey it happens.

Change that 'trisha' (trisha the chat show, you being in UK should know) font you have used. Also maybe change the green colour too, it'sa little too distracting.

Generally someone wont be put off by a design, but designers instintivelly are. I place a lot of emphasis on a design of a site I'm buying from but to me the association is simple.. if your prepared to invest in your sales channel, you usually care a little more about your product.

Sites not bad.

It lacks impact and that wow factor. Your content is too long, try breaking it up and really pulling out key concepts with graphics or larger fonts. Your copy is good but needs reviewing and finally you need to consider search engines.

too much green, too many scanlines, and whats with the penguin?

i like the font in your header though.
