how is it that sometimes there are sites that have www.subdomain.domain.com?
i use cpanel, and i can seem to only get subdmain.domain.com
is it panel specific?

No, it's a CNAME record. Last edited by l0rdphi1, June 25th, 2003 03:30 PM (Edited 1 times) With Cpanel, you do not have the ablitily to do www.sub.yourdomain.ext Only way it can be done with cpanel, is if you have reseller privilages ( WHM access ), and then you have access to your Zone file, where you can add the needed CNAME for it. ___________________ Faldran
