Neat BG effect.

Anyone can tell me how to do this kind of neat effect???
(My thought is she used many layer with many motion blur, then hue/saturation and dodge tool to make more variation on the color, but i think it's wrong and really inneficient)
So pls tell me anyone! :-|

a motion blur (perhaps a pixel stretch but i doubt it) , dodge tool, multiple bgs blended together, layer modes, etc.

first off to get the main color swoosh thing in the background, get a background and go to motion blur. aftetr, get other bgs, like seen in the wallpaper, it shows chinese lettering, grunge, etc. add those on, and blend it in with the blurred picture. then the last burst of light could be a render from what im seeing, but u can use the dodge/air brush tool to make that as well, of course it wont be that good.
