Well I dont think you can really call this a rip. It does look a lot like it but its not 'EXACTLY!' the same. I think on the design side of it, its going a bit too over inspired. Which is something I think everyone who wants to call themselves a designer should avoid. But its still not exact.

It is a rip. The bg and lines and all graphical elements are copied, print-screened and pasted. That's not reproduced or inspired.
The only things changed are the logo and fonts.
