Pores

Need help on making realistic looking pores in a persons face.. ( those real tiny hole type things )

pores are REALLY hard to see i dont see why you would want to add them...but if you want just add SMALL gradiating circles on the face of the color's darker tone...

or to add a cool effect ad an unsharp mask, that should work, will give it a nice look if its set right, should look like pores dunno some guy on sijun does it and it looks good

I would think pimples would be pretty easy to make. Take a shot at that. LOL

not pimples.. pores.. those are the things pimples come from!

I'd try starting by adding noise, then use a gradient to match the skin tone, and an outer bevel set to "down" with 0% shadow opacity and 100% screen light opacity. This will give it that carved-in depth look which is necessary for realistic pores.

Make sure you make it a very very low opacity. So that it doesnt stand out unless you notice it first.
