Can you explain to me how I screwed up.. they should have a better protection program for international users instead of taking someone's side because they live in the US and that makes him protected whatever my argument.

that will not help however, as he will then owe paypal money..
for example,
I sell you a $60 domain and then give you the domain, and i take the money out of paypal, and you do a chargeback on me, then paypal will give you the money and my account will then have -$60 in it.

I read on WHT that Gggmadtown98 might have hacked another users account to send payment. If that is the case, paypal is protecting the original account.
Paypal only guaraantees delivery of electronic goods(templates and domains)
Also always get complete contact info from the buyer. Make delivery after payment or use an escrow service.
Another factor that came up in the WHT thread was the seller was not 18. This is against their TOS and have been known to freeze accounts.
Paypal is not taking sides, but can only provide protection with the the legal system they reside in. They may have no recourse against violaters in other countries. In the past Paypal(and the rest of the web community) has suffered great fraud from foriegn countries. It is why some countries do not accept orders from certain countries.
Best bet is contact the registrar and ICANN.
Good Luck

for the sake of this person, no one is seeing the point.
This person was paid for the domain, and then the person who had the domain after paying for it, simply did a chargeback and kept the domain.

Discuss it with a PayPal representative and your former host. They should be able to help you as long as you can provide some identification.

My god people. The guy lost money AND his domain, and all you have to say is 'get over it' or other useless things.

Well do you have anything better to say? I mean really theres nothing much (if anything) you can do now, just learn from your mistakes and make sure that it doesnt happen again...
