Skinning

I know almost nothing about coding, but I do know quite a bit about PS. I wanted to design my own skin but the problem is I don't know how to code it. Is there anyone out there that can help me with this? I've looked at the winamp tutorial on coding but it isn't really too helpful...any suggestions or help? thanks

First, I would suggest going over to the photoshop section, chances are you will find more people who skin there
