Looking For Entertainment Design/Layout

Hey everyone,

I've seen some really, really cheap templates here. Whereas they would not work for me (I 'm expanding my current sites into a large entertainment news site), I am looking for a layout (design, PSDs, html, instructions, etc)

I am willing to pay between $10 and $35, but need a professional-looking design. The design needs to be very well laid-out, but ridiculously elaborate graphics are not needed. It just has to be smooth, eye-catching, and attractive.

This, for most people is probably an easy job, so I don't see it being a problem for anyone.

Obviously, the layout made would have to be totally exclusive (it could be an edited version of an UNSOLD template) to me, but those are some that I think fit the type of site I'm working on.

I could sell one of these coded etc for $35. Of course you probably need some changes to suite your site, which isn't any extra..

I have a template engine that may be of use to you. You give me the specs of the layout you wish for this or the category regions you would like and I can build you what you are looking for.

If anyone can do a custom layout, not an engine for the price I mentioned above, I'm still interested.

People offer to do it then refuse to reply to PMs, so as of now I'm still looking.

Custom layouts for 35$ are very hard to come by, but AIM me and we can talk something out, as I need my domain.
