I'm in PS 6. Is there a way to copy multiple layers from one file to another? I have an image that is composed of about 10 layers and I want to get it to another file that I have open with out having to flatten it...help is requested

I have Ps7, but if i dont wrong, there's a simply way.
Click on the layer from the source image in the layers panel, and drag it to the target image. Its one layer / drag, but it works Smile. If not, im sorry Shocked

you can drag and drop the layers one at a time like reflexx said or you can create a set and then drag the set onto the other image.

To create a set goto Layer>New>Layer Set and then drag all the layers you want to go to the new image to the new Set folder.

Just link all of your layers together. Don't flatten them. Drag the actual image over to your new window and all of the layers will come along.
