photo adjustments
i had been trying to archieve a effect where by the photo will look really old. the effect im trying to get its a fully colored photo but it still look as if it was taken around 20 - 30 years ago.
anyone have any idea how am i going to archieve that effect? should be related of grunge if im not wrong.

Sepia Toning. It's in the actions menu in PS and in the menu bar in Fireworks. I think Fireworks creates a better sepia toning but you can always play with hue/saturation and other colour settings to make it look right.
