Looking for a specific tutorial

About a year ago I found an awesome site with some great tutorials, and used one of them to make this:

Now I can't find the tutorial again, and I really need to recreate that image. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that tutorial is on http://www.deviantart.com under either photoshop or photoshop 6 tutorials

edit : I would have bet my right nut on it being there, but I'm looking on dev art now and I can't find it. sorry
