New professional layout for sale

Designed this layout for one of my bro's clients. My bro disapproved of the layout but sent it to them anyways so i'm not sure if they will want it. So just incase they dont want it, i'll post it here for now and and whoever buys it will have to wait til i get the final confirmation first. you wont have to send the money til i get it confirmed. Dont mind the header and images on there, they will be changed before you get it since the images are copyright newhomelistings.biz. Here is what you get...

-Full rights to resell and customize
-high quality sliced psd files

and other things that i might have missed..

For an additional $10 i will...

-customize all images for you meaning i will customize links, text, create a banner and logo for you
-code up to 8 pages in html

I prefer to use paypal because its safer and faster. but i do accept money orders through mail and cash AT YOUR OWN RISK. i will not be held responsible for mail lost through the mail system.

You charge money for making pages in HTML? That's pretty easy, I would do it for free.

Yes actually bullet, you have to slice it, then make the html WORK.

The reason i charge for html is cuz sometimes ppl dont have time to do it in html. yes, its easy, but other ppl dont kno how. so i can do it for them. but there not just payin for html, there also payin for there own customized logo and banner, graphics, whatever. and for ppl without photoshop, i can do it for them. the extra $10 can get them alot.

Listen dream, if you have a template, its best not to post here. You should post at other sites where the vast majority of users are not 14 years of age.
