Um.. You have a design company? You might want to rethink that idea. I mean, on one of your templates, the diagonals are completely missaligned. They don't exactly look professional either.

go to the french section and click Porte-Folio you will see it

That box above your menu things....... it's so hideously Fireworks. I mean, in some cases, it's okay, but it's way too fisible, and it makes that "HOW THE WEB SHOULD BE" text hard to read.

the 3d in the corner is way too blurry... try making the grey lighter... and get some more practice before you go and start a company

i personally liked this site, if you get the main content boxes and the affiliates box diagonals to line up it will look nice, It is clean and simple, unlike alot of sites nowdays where there is too much needless detial that just makes a site look taccy.

Don't make your home link go to your splash page. It should link to the page you visit once you've gone past the splash page. I also agree with all of the above comments except HodGes's
