Also I think they are called I frames but on sites like mine where the text is, I can put a little frame in there with no borders or anything except for the scroll bar, can anyone give me info on how to do this?

the font on the bottom right (copyright info) should be changed.

the font on the top right, near the V. picture, isn't readable, when it looks like it should be.

it's just a pet peeve, but i haaate when people don't use text as their links.. they use rollovers or image links, which mean my cursor stays as a hand even when it's not over the text directly.

the picture on the left is nice.

i'd redo the navigation. frames are nice, and i personally love them, but most people seem to hate them.
