Header
header doesnt fit in that well (it's shape)
you should have something like a person holding a laptop to make it more professional.
Layout
too much white space, make the outter tables the same size (on the left and the right) and extend them all to the bottom, so they are all equal.

the header font is overused... you should search for a new font ..
the header is waaaaaaaaaaaay to big :S
uhm overal is ok you should really start learning HTML first befor you start a company because the menu looks like **** :S sorry man:(
