hmmmm id suggest you word it in more polite terms such as

"Excuse admins and mods, why am I on a warning level of 3. To my knowledge I haven't done anything wrong. Please I am quite confused and request with utmost respect an explianation"

it appears you were warned by Ramsay for posting or linking to warez.

PM Ramsay or one of the admins for more details. It is better to talk privately imho about this issue and not create a thread about it to advertize the fact you have been warned.

::edit:: during the warning process you should have received a pm and/or email from the mod who issued a warning.
