In need of a new host.

Ok, I'm looking around for a new host (my contract with my current one expires at the end of Feb). Here's what I need, and please, if you can't/don't offer everything on my list, don't bother replying. If I can't find a host that's better than the one I have, I won't move, despite the recent reliability issues, they're still not too bad. I just want to explore other options.

Domain hosting (duh)
Minimum of 100mb disk space
MySQL (preferrably more than 1db)
PHP4
SSL
Access to Crontab (for 3 cron jobs)
Minimum fo 10 gigs of bandwidth
CGI
Subdomains (at least 5)
Telnet/SSH access
ImageMagick installed on the server for gallery stuff
POP Email (5's plenty)
Email Forwarding
Multiple domain pointers aren't necessary (I don't have them now) but they would be great.
