Feedback on Hybrid Nine version2

After a long time, I have finally found the time to finish Hybrid Nine version2. This version will focus more on content then the actual complexity of the site. So now I am asking you to critique my site with comments, suggestions, etc. Thanks.

i like it , but some of the images look low quality like the nav

It looks like Euro.. and yes some low quality jpgs on the nav you might want to fix.

i like it a lot, the colors n all, just how u put the border around the splash image kind of reks it i rekon

I dont know about the splash page but entering the site is nice, i like the pro look of it.
