This category is NOT for link exchanges
Hello all --
It seems people have been misunderstanding the phrase "Affiliate Programs" and consequently posting requests for link/traffic exchanges here. This is probably because people often refer to the sites they exchange links with as their "affiliates". Affiliate programs actually are a means of making profit on your website by "affiliating" your site with a company selling a commercial product or offering commission money in return for sales/signups/clicks/impressions/etc.
So to clear up the confusion I have renamed this category to be more descriptive without using the term Affiliate Programs.
There is a category called "The Link Exchange" in which you may trade links. It was originally named "Barter - Service Exchange/Trading Links" and encompassed the trading of links and services.... however I have merged Service trading into Jobs & Freelancing, and made the original Barter forum into just link trading.
