New "School Help" forum -- RULES

Hello all --

The idea was well received for a forum category where members can get help with school/education-related questions... so here it is Smile

RULES
--------

[*] Giving the answers to a few specific problems in the process of helping is ok.... giving all/many/most of the answers for the assignment is not. [*] You may NOT do eachother's essays/writing assignments, nor is it permitted to post or link to "free online essays"... if you want help or feedback on your writing, you may post your own essay for review. [*] Discussion of how to cheat, etc is not allowed.

These rules will be expanded if needed as issues arise.

Enjoy the new forum category!

I agree, nobody should be giving answers unless they explain how to do it thoroughly beforehand. Like a math problem. Smile Good idea AC, I hope this forum does well.

As long as it has something to do with school, that's fine.

yes that's fine, Cliffsnotes and similar are legal. Though personally I wouldn't recommend to a person to read the cliffsnotes "instead" of the book/subject, but to use it in addition as a helpful guide.
