Doing these border lines How to....

Hello,

I am dying for many days and still couldn't understand how they do these borders.
I am attaching a pic please.
It would be great if someone guide me to a TUT or so.

create a custom brush (2 or 3 px rectangle)

create a rectangular path (this will be the size of your border)

stroke the path using the custom brush you made.

This tells u how to make a horizontal and a vertical..then create a new image and then fit paste them all on the side If u need help then post here
