3D Studio Max 5 Question

wassup I'm a complete noob to 3DSM, I normaly use brushes to make my stuff.
Anyways where can I find good, easy tutorials on how to create backgrounds and wallpapers in 3DSM?

well you cant just get a tutorial on how to make backgrounds, just try and fool around with effects and you will make something good, trust me

in response to your question, i dont think there are any tuts for that (if there was it would be real popular)

best bet is prolly to ask the person who made it and hope he/she is in a good move

start with easy things if u r a noob. many good people cant do that abstract stuff but they can model

I agree. Find some newbie tutorials. 3dbuzz.com is a good place to start out! Then work you way through. Remember, you can always be an abstract artist. That is not the hard part. The good ones can model real things and stuff.
But everyone knows that abstract art is cool to look at.

you will never find a tutorial on how to do that..... ... thaat dude has probably been doing this stuff for a year or 2 or 3 and hes not gonna tell you it stp by step, belive me i have friends that take like 10 hours on 1 image, its unbeliveable and he would NEVER take the time and explain how he did it step by step:mad: :mad:
