Help me find a good host

Here what I need :

? 10 -15 MB of Web Space
? 2-more GB/Month of Data Transfer (bandwidth) more info
? any file upload method
? no adds!

That is all that I want. Now I am using brinkster and it sucks because of 0.6 GB transfer.
It would be great to find a free host [yes I already looked at the posts above] or cheap one.
