Free Hosting - Look Here First!

Can everyone who offers / knows of a business that offers free hosting please add post to this topic? It will make it easier for the swarms of people who come here looking for free hosting.

Can you specifiy:

a) conditions - like a link button, or a domain name, etc

b) restrictions - like no php or up to 50mb space etc.

what about hostultra.com. i stumbled across them today. Not thinking of using em. got my own boxes, but i was wondering how they could pay for unlimited space / bandwidth with just ONE exit popup banner?

i found a good one just about 20 minutes ago

but the only downer is i signed up and still haven't recieved a message in hotmail so i can verify the account

Same here. It's been almost 5 hours, and I still haven't received the verification email sent to me.

Tripod.co.uk gives you MySQL and PHP, but has some awful banners. Great if you need to test things out though.

Duploweb.com Is pretty good..you get alot of features..php/mysql..20mb..ect.. They just moved servers so they should be pretty steady for now on...I was with them when they did move servers and my site was down for a week..but everything is fine now..great deal for domain name hosting..best of all its free with no ads!
