Trapping?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you knew any good methods of trapping in Illustrator or a good tutorial site to show me how. I'm pulling out my hair here! Any help that you could give would be fantastic!

I know this doesn't help you learn about trapping, but I ALWAYS leave the trapping to the printer. They are usually happy to do it. Or at the very least the sales person I'm dealing with says it's no problem.
