Can someone teach me or provide some tutorials on how to make this picture?

I just mainly want to know how to do a cartoon of a person, and the guy on the brick wall.

im no good on those, but its prolly more on the skillz in airbrushing.

it looks like it could have beent done with the airbroush tool in photoshop or it could have been made with painter

yeah i did it

tha guy who made that image schetched it on paper then scaned it into ps. he then got the magic wand tool and removed all the smuged parts. then he filled all the body parts and clothing in with the paint bucket tool. after that he would of got the pencil tool and added some faint white marks around it to make it look glossy.

then to do the guy on the wall he did the same thing but he put a transperent image of a brick wall over the top of it to give it that texture.
