!!!Thumbnail script needed!!!

Hey everybody!

I serached for a related thread but couldn't find one, so I figure I'll ask for help. Im looking for a thumbnail script, that does the following:

+lets admin log in, to upload thumbnail (ahd full image) from their pc or mac.

+also allows admin set url to full version of image

+ lists all previouslly uploaded sets of thumb nail and full image, then allows for the removal of them.

+ displays 3 most recently added thumbnails on designated page (home page most likely)

+ links thumbnail to full image specified by admin.

I really need a script like this!!! Does anyone know where I can find one??? Or could anyone write this script? I would be emensly appreciative and would try to repay you!
